1. Substrate (Compost) Preparation – The Foundation of Production
Mushrom Land’s farm is one of the largest and most modern in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. We use advanced European techniques to produce fresh mushrooms daily and have been supplying a growing customer base for over a decade.

Essential Steps:
Mixing Compost Ingredients: Raw materials are mixed and fermented in a specialized, on-site factory at our Al-Kharj farm under strict supervision.
Pasteurization (Compost Sterilization): This process eliminates harmful bacteria to create a fertile environment for mushroom growth.
Compost Preparation for Cultivation: The compost is prepared and, after proper cooling, is moved into the cultivation rooms.
